有个朋友有downpayment若干(可以搞到十几万加币吧),目前工资27刀5毛每小时,是全职工。没有其他贷款。想买房,请问这样的情况可以贷款多少?

分租 - definition - must be a self contained unit w/ seperated entrace: ie, full basement.

- if u have two bd apt, u are renting one room out, > cannot use that income;

- if u have One bd apt, u are renting the living room or 1/2 of ur room out > cannot use that income;

- if u have studio, you are renting out 1/2 of your bed, cannot use that income;
