北斗土地测量有限公司成立于2015年8月。 创建人刘守鹏，从事工程建设与土地测量工作20余年，具有丰富的专业知识和实践经验，取得多项注册资质，是加拿大BC省注册专业土地测量师、中国专业测绘师、中国国家注册一级建造师、中国国家注册监理工程师。
公司为大温地区各种不同类型的客户提供高效率、高质量的专业土地测量服务。测量服务范围包括地籍测量（土地边界线测量与建立、土地分割与合并、产权测量），地形测量，工程测量及出具BC省土地测量师建构筑物位置证书等。
