加拿大報關指南一點通
1.在加拿大要做進口首先要有公司注冊號碼，也就是GST號碼。 例如：聯邦的 825434222 RT0001 這個是GST 賬戶，一般9位數。 如果做進出口要有825434222RM0001 如果沒有的可以打18009595525 這是canada revenue agency 的電話。如果時間不夠貨已經到了要馬上清關，作為報關行有權利給您申請一個臨時進口賬戶。
2.上面做好了就是要查一下進口的貨物有沒有什麼限制，因為加拿大進口東西有很多限制，提前做好准備比較好。http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/publications/help-aide/topic-sujet/17-eng.html上面的鏈接是 加拿大其他政府的要求和法律，可以參考一下，如果實在不行看的頭大我告訴你還有另外的網址只要你把HS號碼在這個網址上那就是需要其他文件http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/ogd-amg/hs-sh-eng.html 。這裡還有查關稅的鏈接也就是我們所說的HS編碼，這個比較復雜要一個一個的按章節去查，全球所有的物品都有其歸類，海關也就是按照這個收關稅和GST。http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/trade-commerce/tariff-tarif/2013/menu-eng.html (一年變好幾次，不停在改）
3. 要報關你要填提前准備一些文件：商業發票，裝箱單，提單復印件，提貨單（加拿大貨代會給你），最後就是生成最重要的B3（我們就依靠這個報給海關，在中國應該叫報關單）下載地址如下http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/publications/forms-formulaires/b3-3.pdf
有原產地證書就添上一份。
4. 報關的時候最好有FORM A （原產地證）這能在報關時有可能省一些關稅。（並不是肯定能省的，要看貨品，有的貨品根本就不能用這個證書的)
5. 如果運費含在貨物的價值裡面，要跟你的貨代或報關行說，因為這個可以在報關的時候減掉。申報貨值的時候盡量寫的是正常價錢，因為如果不正常海關會在最近找上你的，他們有個數據庫，所有從中國和世界其他地方的貨物價值基本都有，所以貨值一定要正常合理。
6. 報關時一般會付5%GST (食物，醫藥，殘疾人用品，教會用品，政府進口物品，等物品不收），不過這5%能退回來的，因為在加拿大公司交的GST和收的GST可以對沖的。
7. 進口鋼鐵產品要注意要申請STEEL PERMIT.（2012年不用了，加拿大政府還是比較照顧本地公司的）
8. 進口魚類產品的需要有FISH PERMIT.這個你要去CFIA申請先。
9. 進口姜，蒜，蘋果等東西 需要有 plant protect permit. 這個也要去找CFIA.
