很多老外爱去这里过生日就餐，餐馆会为寿星进行一个特别的仪式：三、四位男女年轻服务生围着站在寿星面前，为其戴上一种看起来又大又重的古代维京人（viking）的牛角头饰，然后一个男生高声向整个餐厅的食客宣布今天是这位寿星的生日，送上祝福语，最后一起为寿星唱生日歌。
通常全体食客都会友好地为这位寿星鼓掌。
