Job Title: Tour Guide Supervisor (NOC 6313)
Job duties:
Assist clients/guests with special needs,
Co-ordinate, assign and review work, Establish work schedules and procedures
and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments,
Requisition materials and supplies,
Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other
reports
Propose new tour itinerary for review
Communicate with all business partners to ensure smooth connection and
operations during each tour;
Monitor and maintenance of internet, intranet and mobile applications to provide
updated information, collect clients’ feedback and answer questions;
Employment Requirements:
College courses in Hospitality Management is required;
Bachelor degree is an asset
Experience in travel agencies or hospitality industry is highly desired;
Language Requirements: English is required
Wages: $24.00 per hour
Benefits: two weeks’ vacation and dental benefit
Term of employment: Permanent Full-Time: 30 hours per week
