素裡 Recruiting Market Development Manager
Columbia White Rock Education Corporation is an educational company formed by teachers and educators specialised in varies subjects, our moto is to guide the students to find and develop their inner interests and potentials, broaden their horizon to understand the world we are living in, to learn and enhance multiple skills in life, by using many of the premier educational resources.
During last five years, We developed more then 10 short-term programmes and educational programme not only for students but also for parents and teachers. In 2021, we are planning to develop other programmes. We think this is a great opportunity to expand our international educational programme to a much larger scale. In order to achieve this, we are in need of a Market Development Manager building a team to work on this.
1. Job Description
• Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales
• Contributing to the company’s annual marketing plan and budget
• Developing communication channels including use of “Social Media” to promote recruitment and retention
• Researching trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas
• Communication and negotiating with advertisement agencies, marketing staffs, editors, and writers
• Leading student recruitment campaigns for the programs of the company
• Providing appropriate and monthly, quarterly and semester basis reports on enrolments to support student recruitment efforts
• Seeking, developing and maintaining overseas partners, including: recruitment agencies, partner schools, etc.
2. Skills and qualifications
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Personable and able to work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Good research and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Adaptability
• Proficiency in a second language
3. Experience requirements
• At least ten years of experience in the field of marketing, advertising, sales, or public relations.
4. Education and training requirements
• Master degree in business administration or a similar field
