高貴林港 招聘 Accounting Clerk
Position Summary
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team at Season Fresh Trading Inc. This position will be involved in our financial operations and month end processes. We are looking for someone who can work hard to meet deadlines, with a passion for working in a very stable and well-respected organization in Coquitlam.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare payments to suppliers and perform A/P duties;
Enter bi-weekly payroll data with accuracy;
Prepare the monthly financial statements;
Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations;
Complete government returns and remittances within due dates;
Assist with the year-end working papers;
Other related accounting tasks as required.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in accounting
Strong A/P background and one to two years' accounting experience is preferred
Experience with accounting system (Sage 50) or payroll software (EasyPay) is an asset
Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with the team in English. Knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset.
We provide compensation commensurate with experience and extended health care benefits.
