Mobilicity的My Wallet怎麼用和怎麼避免亂花錢呀?

I got charged last month, called today. they returned me 8 bucks which is 2 bucks more than my previous balance.

I hate Mobilicity C/S persion except the one who answered my call today, a guy with a very strong Indian accent. I usually call Jerry @ FutureWireless Richmond, a very nice guy who is willing to help out every customer for any kind of questions.

BTW, their coverage signal strength is not improved so far, from my opinion. I've been their subscriber for a year.

我第一次被他們扣錢是說我某日在漫游狀態打電話,但那天是周末,我已從美國回到溫哥華超過24小時,且沒有離開過家,我家的信號很好,沒有地下室。好說歹說他們退了錢;

第二次,他們說我在漫游狀態中使用了GPRS,可我並沒有買他們的數據計劃,只是20元/月的普通通話月費。且我查看了My Wallet Usage Details, 並沒有這些項目顯示。但他們說,他們內部的系統可以看到這些信息,並且強調,公開給客戶的信息不能保證是完整和正確的。這次他們是死活都不退錢了。

真是無語。

Nexus S是無線推送升級的,你可以再等等;以前推過一段時間,因為有bug停了。如果想自己搞,在網上google一下應該查得到。
