第一天去GYM,沒敢下猛藥。。跑步機上跑了23分鍾。。之後再練了一會兒亞玲練練DJB.。
在健身房一共折騰了大概45分鍾。。
感受:不知道為什麼在跑步機上跑步不覺得累呢,明天可以試試跑30分鍾。。10分鍾拉伸。。要不然會腿粗
今天吃的沒准備。。
早飯:一杯豆漿+一根小香腸+一個燒賣
午飯:TURKEY WRAP + 一小杯咖啡
晚飯:一個紅薯+一些青椒+四根螃蟹腿
