材料:
玉米、苹果、红萝卜、猪肉(猪骨)
做法:
一、烧开水,放姜片和猪肉飞水,去除腥味和骚味,烧五至十分钟,洗干净猪肉,盛起备用;
二、红萝卜滚刀切块,玉米切成段,苹果去芯切成块,不用苹果切架也可以,用手切一样;
三、此汤煲广州人叫人仔煲,就是为煲汤的,汤放在瓦煲里煲再好。放大半煲冷水,倒入红萝卜、苹果、玉米和猪肉(猪骨),可加两三片姜,大火烧开,然后转慢火,大概一至两小时足够。
煲出来的汤好清甜,不建议放圆肉或蜜枣,因为玉米和苹果已有甜味,再加其他东西恐觉味乱。此汤利尿、润肺、清热,男女老幼皆宜。
