感謝溫哥華市政府，8個月都沒給我的後巷屋通水

8月底的時候，水工已經幫忙做好室內的水管，過了inspection，市政府說大概4～6個月就會通水。
到現在還沒有給我安排。
是不是覺得現在疫情期間，租不了好價錢。
