差不多吧，如果買伯文，我覺得新西敏還有河景可看，而本那比看的都是山。。。， 有水的地方還是更充滿靈性。。。

Uptown is actually "downtown" of New West. All the banks, save-on food, safeway, london drugs, and shoppers drug mart are all located there. I would say it's very convenient place to live. Comparing to real downtown of new west, the only disadvantage is no riverview. But highrises might have different story. To own a house in uptown close to queen's park is always my dream. The houses between 6th st and 1st st are soooooooooooo nice.
