個人意見 僅供參考： 加拿大本國經濟現狀不支持加息不要對於利息波動過於敏感而去鎖定長線固定利息。

Canadian mortgage holders and shoppers should keep their faith through this small up-cycle. What we’re seeing is a temporary increase in interest rates that is no cause for alarm because it is almost purely a product of the annual, internal machinations of the lending business, rather than the broader economic fundamentals of the Canadian economy which could or would motivate a Bank of Canada rate hike. Even the knock-on effect on our bond yields of the improving US economy has been too mild to signal sustained growth this side of the border. In an advanced economy like Canada’s the only real reason for a change in mortgage rates should be macroeconomic; unfortunately that would only occur if our economy was both advanced and not predisposed to protecting its major banks.

    所以什麼經濟好了，失業率降了，可以支持加息都是扯蛋，完全看債劵市垱利率的變化。。 這也是為什麼美國開始要回收債劵先。。。

    歸根結底就是老美加息了，小加也得跟進，美國打個噴嚏小加就要感冒。
