房产增值税唯一减免的途径就是capital loss
也就是你一套房产的capital gain,只有通过其它的capital loss,比如股票,基金或者另一套房产的capital loss。
其它都不能抵扣
剩下的避税方法就是把房产的比例,给收入低的那个人比例高一些。但是要合理。一个1%,另一个99%,那么CRA分分钟罚你没商量

当妳买卖太频繁而且获利较多的时候,CRA可以将增值的金额定性为 Business Income而不是Capital Gain,税要缴得更多
