請問輪胎卡可以交Richmond的地稅水費嗎?

前幾天申請了輪胎卡，今天收到。請問可以交Richmond的水費和地稅嗎？Payee應該選哪個啊？

Can tire 信用卡好像只在他們店或者他們指定的幾家店購物才有好處。其他地方買東西消費啥好處木有。。就是一張信用卡。。。

payee的話溫村的好像叫Vancouver-tax 和 Vancouver-utility 搜索Vancouver就會出來

你在payee裡搜索richmond看看 地稅和水費應該各有一個

等設置好了先付個0.01過幾天查看一下市政府那裡的my account看有沒有0.01的記錄，有就妥當啦
