Thank you Honble Mr. Harper, for a geat advice to Mr. Carney specially on Security but more so on trade, and diversification. The steam which Mr. Carney has generated on rationalising on processes and systems and procedures for promoting the unity of Canada's 13 provinces which was long overdue.It was a fortunate occurence that Mr. Carney was at hand, at the time when he was around, a person most qualified as a Banker not only with Bank of Canada but also with Bank of England, what else could Canada ask for?We thank God for blessings which comes our way known and unknown.
