歸還Telus modem (updated)

不想通過郵局等box,可以把modem送任意一家Telus store還掉可以嗎。

誰還過的進來說說，謝謝。

直接去郵局就行了。(遇見一估計新職員，一頭霧水，還好有個老職員在）收到的郵件，有關事項。感謝各位同學熱心頂帖回帖。

Dear TELUS Customer,

You recently spoke with one of our Care Representatives about returning your TELUS equipment. Please note that if the equipment is not returned, charges will be applied to your next bill. If you have returned the equipment but still see a charge on your bill, please call 310-2255 and provide us your shipping waybill number.

How to return your equipment

Package your equipment
Put your equipment into a box (either the original box or another appropriately sized box).
Please put the first page of your previous TELUS bill in the box OR include a piece of paper with the following information:
First and last name of account holder
Telephone number associated with the account
Customer Account Number (CAN) or Billing Account Number (BAN). This information can be found on your TELUS bill
Service address of account holder
Take your package to a Canada Post store
Visit your nearest Canada Post retail outlet and let the representative know that you're returning equipment to TELUS.
You will be given a prepaid waybill with a preprinted TELUS return address and unique waybill number. Please ensure that the information you put on the waybill matches the account name and phone number where the equipment was used
Track your package until it gets to TELUS
You are responsible for the returned products until they have been received by TELUS. Please ensure that you save your prepaid waybill number so you can track it on the Canada Post website. Purchasing parcel insurance is also highly recommended.

網絡上說，郵局只管Telus 郵寄來的那種盒子。你直接拿過去，要免費郵寄的話，人估計不收的。

那些retail store不收這個，理解。可是總歸有一個什麼Service center之類的，處理這個吧，記得似乎Downtown有一telus的大樓？

看來只好明天去電話。他家為啥弄這麼復雜呢。煩。

如何歸還Telus的盒子，供大家參考：

－telus盒子＋電源線＋搖控器

－放在一個盒子裡，塑料袋不行

－放上Telus最近的賬單，如無，則，手寫，帳號／名字／地址／聯系電話

－拍照（朋友建議）

－送至郵局，告訴寄到Telus，是免費郵寄的，同時索要Tracking number

－如1個月後，Telus寄賬單，上面有設備的費用，說明Telus沒有收到你歸還的設備。這時，你需要打電話給Telus，報tracking number，和他們協商。

我處理的過程是先給telus電話說退貓.他們會寄個盒子給你。把東西放進去送到郵局就行了
