In short term may be so, but why bother? by going this way, problems only get bigger to one day no one print any money can save it? There are many passes that we can choice. The bast way to cure a disease is to fix the fundamental problem. In our case, it is over expend, over spend and over leverage, not 'not enough money to ease the credit'.
