请问各位房东，都是怎么和房客打交道的？我的房客抱怨说房间里有小飞蝇。因为房间面对内院，院子里有很多花草。据聘请的杀虫专家（不同的人）说，是由于浇水过多，楼下的花草引起的。可是到了雨季，没人可以控制到底下了多少雨啊。和管理公司打交道太慢，但我又不能自己去给院子里的花草喷药。很麻烦的说。各位能给出出主意，怎么处理这类问题比较好呢？多谢！
