Vancouver City Council is about to pave the way for more dedicated bike lanes.
Local leaders will vote on three new stretches of asphalt just for cyclists, including one along Union Street near Chinatown.
It’s part of the city’s ongoing plan to get people out of their cars. The three new projects would cost just under $3 million.
