加州新出炉的交通法规规定：
当有警察在路肩执行公务时，请务必换道！如果不能换道，请尽量减速！否则你将会收到罚款。

A friend's son got a ticket for this recently. A police car (turned
out it was 2 police cars) was on the side of the road giving a ticket to someone else. He slowed down to pass but did not move into the other lane. The second police car immediately pulled him over and gave him a ticket. He had never heard of the law.

It is a fairly new law that states if any emergency vehicle is on the side of the road, if you are able, you are to move into the far lane.The cost of the ticket was $754, with 3 points on your license and a mandatory court appearance.

Please let everyone you know that drives about this new law.

不是类似，早就有一抹一样的规定了

经过紧急车辆车限速80公里以上的路段减速到70，80公里以下得路段减速到40

非得像加州那样重罚才行

Friday, May 29, 2009 – The John Petropoulos Memorial Fund (JPMF) is reminding motorists in British Columbia to slow down, move over and give emergency workers room to work.

Beginning June 1st, drivers in B.C. will be required to slow down and move over when passing parked emergency vehicles that have their lights flashing. New regulations under the Motor Vehicle Act mean motorists must slow to 70 km/h on highways where the speed limit is 80 km/h or higher - and to 40 km/h where the limit is below 80 km/h - when approaching a stopped emergency vehicle that has its lights flashing.

Drivers travelling in a lane adjacent to a stopped emergency vehicle must also move into another lane to pass, if it is safe to do so. This will give emergency workers room to do their jobs safely.

空开一条道，尽量别在警车旁边过，如果没法变，一定要减速，很慢很慢小心经过
