Dear 2009/2010 Alpine Season Passholder,
Due to the additional closure in January 2010 to preserve and protect the integrity of the Snowboarding and Freestyle Skiing courses at Cypress Mountain for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games at the request of VANOC, Cypress and VANOC have agreed on the following Value Reconciliation Package:
This value reconciliation will consist of a credit to Cypress Mountain based on the age category of your season pass that you purchased for the 2009/2010 Winter Season. Similar to an in-store credit, this can be used on mountain for the 2010/2011 Winter Season only and will be for the 2009/2010 season passholder (non-transferable).
The following is the credit offered to Alpine 2009/2010 Season Passholders for the 2010/2011 Winter Season:
Adult $45; Youth $30; Senior $25; Child $20; Skooter $5
If you are a 2009/2010 Commemorative Alpine Season Passholder and wish to take advantage of this offer you must apply to receive your credit voucher prior to June 30, 2010 as per VANOC’s condition of receipt of this value reconciliation offer.
To apply for the offer, simply email us at contact@cypressmountain.com and include the details of the passholder name, address and phone number that you are applying to receive the credit for. After we compile this information, an email will follow in the next few weeks with detailed instructions on how and when to claim your voucher.
**If you have already applied for this credit, you do not need to re-apply. We will be contacting all applicants individually over the next few weeks with detailed information.
Again, please note the VANOC deadline of June 30th, 2010 to apply – no exceptions. Please do not delay and send in your application as soon as possible.
