2、減肥最基本的邏輯,就是消耗的熱量,大於攝入的熱量。
有人說,我只控制攝入的熱量,通過節食的方法來減肥。這種方式在短時間能的確會消耗掉一部分脂肪,但也會導致身體水分和肌肉流失,導致身體代謝變低。一旦身體代謝率又到達一個新的平衡時,體重就會難以下降,吃一點東西就會反彈。因此,只節食減肥並不靠譜。
但如果進行運動,增加消耗的熱量。一方面可以減脂,另一方面可以增加肌肉,提高基礎代謝率。反而達到事半功倍的效果。
3、減肥真理:能站著就不坐著,能走著就不站著,能慢跑就不要走路,能跑步就不要慢跑。總之一句話:多動啊!
