联邦快递（FedEx）一架波音767货机5月8日在土耳其伊斯坦堡机场降落时遇上意外，其起落架无法打开，现场视频可见飞机降落跑道后机头朝下，冒出火光，幸最终成功着陆，无人受伤。
视频可见飞机在抵达跑道后机头朝下，在触地后火花四溅。
土耳其交通部门5月8日表示，这架飞机由巴黎戴高乐机场飞往伊斯坦堡，并通知机场交通管制塔其起落架未能打开，最终在控制塔的指导下降落。
部门未有讲述未能打开起落架的原因，但指机场救援队和消防队于飞机着陆前在跑道展开了必要的准备，事件中无人受伤。
