This is another good example that your good thing might be the bad thing of the others. Housing investors are now under huge financial pressure from high mortgage rates and low renting prices. But tenants are happy as rents are going down every month. We still remember that lots of people were so proud that they owned multiple houses with quick growing prices every month.
