It is really hard to cut the costs of housing construction like materials, regulations and labour costs. But the values of lands are dropping when housing markets cool down. The land purchase costs are the biggest chunk for housing prices for low-rise and mid-rise buildings. Developers and investors are still waiting for fair land prices to make profits. Land prices are not controlled by governments. They are affected by markets. There will be a point where affordability and profitability can both be achieved. 贊 4 踩 1 回復 0
