People not belonging to Amazon do not go with it. Just quit if you feel that you cannot survive in the toxic working environment. No need to kill yourself and just leave. The reality is that lots of people were lured by high salaries and were so proud of being Amazon employees and cannot be afford of being losers. Sad story! 贊 8 踩 2 回復 1

This is what you may tell the employee. This is exactly like telling someone to leave the abusive relationship by saying - just walk away. You are so naïve, not everyone is as burdenless as you are. The real problem is the employer, Amazon. Did Amazon fulfill its responsibility as an employer? That needs to be investigated. but in the meantime, what would you say to Amazon? 贊踩 2 回復 0
