最后,说说之前论坛有JJ 介绍过使用Title Insurance 来登记可以节省很多,费用是七百块,比较律师和公证人一般过千元的收费看起来是省很多。但“YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR” 这句金科定律很贴切。
Title Insurance Company 是可以让律师把文件拿到府上签,但这个所谓的律师只是个见证人,TA不会对任何一页文件作出咨询回答。所以,除非你对法律文件的阅读理解很有信心,否则要特别留意。当然不排除部分律师/Notary对文件或者贷款条件的熟悉掌握度有限,所以再次强调作为贷款人,提前阅读和清楚了解这些文件的重要性。让自己或者JJ有足够的时间排忧解难。
