你完全不用担心啊,只有你用了你计划外的东西才会扣钱。我从来没有听客户抱怨过乱扣钱的事情

My wallet里的钱主要用于漫游(一般指覆盖区外,比如美国),上网(如果没有上网计划),长途等其他非月费的用途。

但即使在覆盖区内,所有运营商都有盲点没有覆盖到,如果担心在覆盖区内被扣My Wallet里面的钱(比如在Metrotown地下停车场),城讯移动手机客户可以将手机设置为UMTS, 或3G only等3G网络,这样就不会漫游到2G网络上了。
如果自己确认在覆盖区内被误扣了My wallet里的钱,可以拨打客服将款项追回。

但请记住在覆盖区之外(比如维多利亚)将手机设置改回双模(2G/3G),或GSM/UMTS,这样才能使用漫游网络。

所有漫游语音费用为一分钟两毛钱,没有长途费用。

I got charged last month, called today. they returned me 8 bucks which is 2 bucks more than my previous balance.

I hate Mobilicity C/S persion except the one who answered my call today, a guy with a very strong Indian accent. I usually call Jerry @ FutureWireless Richmond, a very nice guy who is willing to help out every customer for any kind of questions.

BTW, their coverage signal strength is not improved so far, from my opinion. I've been their subscriber for a year.

I suspect that ICS did this because that happend right after I updated my OS to 4.0.3. Is there anyone has this kind of ?

Nexus S 2.3.6 ---> 4.0.3
with data roaming turned off, always. I see a "Use only 2G networks" option on my phone, instead of "Use 3G only". I have that option unchecked all the time.

我第一次被他们扣钱是说我某日在漫游状态打电话,但那天是周末,我已从美国回到温哥华超过24小时,且没有离开过家,我家的信号很好,没有地下室。好说歹说他们退了钱;

第二次,他们说我在漫游状态中使用了GPRS,可我并没有买他们的数据计划,只是20元/月的普通通话月费。且我查看了My Wallet Usage Details, 并没有这些项目显示。但他们说,他们内部的系统可以看到这些信息,并且强调,公开给客户的信息不能保证是完整和正确的。这次他们是死活都不退钱了。

真是无语。

家里的一台Nexus S的OS还是2.3.4(原装,且查看过系统,提示OS已是最新),你是手工自己升级到2.3.6或ICS的吧?请指教。

Nexus S是无线推送升级的,你可以再等等;以前推过一段时间,因为有bug停了。如果想自己搞,在网上google一下应该查得到。
