在看电视回放时,每个节目只能看个头,有的可以翻一两次,有的可以三四次,就会出现字幕说不能放了,没有一个节目可以看完的,very frustrating and disappointing. I wish you would have better support system. I've posted the questions several times, still no one is really helpful here. Can someone here call me and tell me over the phone step by step what I need to do to get the box working properly? I don't want the box to be sitting there doing nothing. Any help is highly appreciated.

LZ说的基本上就是事实, 也就是说, 这个电视合在回放的时候就是这样的, 现在基本上是改变不了的了, 因为节目的源是不稳定的, 无法控制的. 可是我们买这个电视合主要是为了看回放的,很少有人是为了看直播的. 可是现在面对这种状况, 只能是非常无奈. 无论是新版的还是旧版本的这个都是存在的致命的问题. 估计在可见的未来还是没法解决的.

So why sell a product that does not have the function which is promised by the seller? It wasn't the case when I first bought it. It was okay for a couple of weeks.

首先要说明的是买盒子的人还都是冲着电视直播功能去买的

但电视直播效果差强人意就求其次看回放了

电视频道的回放不好实际上是网络解析的问题

我曾去过LA,在那边看电视回放都没问题

而温哥华就有的放的出有的放不出了

只能认命

That's why I said it is not reliable, I didn't say you could not use the function. Even when you thought it was ok for the playing back some of the program, there were a lot of programes that could not be played back properly.

真的是冲着直播去的吗?

我们有空看电视的时间大多数都是中国的深夜或临晨, 试问这时能直播些什么??你能看些什么节目?你有什么节目看? 而且还不能暂停, 快进. 所以我说应该回放是第一位的, 别的都是虚的.

东部地区：

好吧, 我夸张了点.

可是, 北京时间早上6点到晚上6点都是点什么节目啊?? 所以有你要看的节目吗? 即使退一万步有, 你还得候好时间等着, 累不累啊.

如果回放可以正常看, 有几个人会在这里看直播啊???即使在中国, 很多人也不看直播了, 都看回放了, 为什么, 两个字:方便! 想什么时候看就什么时候看, 想停就停. 上个厕所, 接个电话, 喝口水的, 然后接着再看. 就这么个简单的概念都理解不了, 还要抬杠, 唉.... 当然体育节目除外.

很抱歉，现有的电视回播是第三方的，我们无法控制，也无法解决其中的问题

我们现在正在编写电视回播功能，应该只需要一两周的时间就可以完成了。这样我们可以控制其质量和问题。目前有100多个频道，正在做速度测试。

偶爹娘每天在家就是看直播。每天中央一台、五台。其它台的效果都不好。等我换了高速上网再看看效果。

回播的话，老人家根本学不会怎么放。电视剧、电影啥的老人家也没耐心看。通常是放着放着就睡着了。
