今天逛了一下bchunting 看到一個帖子是討論有關入室搶劫的問題，結果就看到有人這樣回復“Re: Home defense -- what's your stance?--------------- Buy a big dog!!! I have a wife and baby as well and when I am away or sleeping there is no worries at all. I live in the worst place in the world (Surrey) and like knowing if you open my door you have between 8 and 10 seconds to live. You don't have to set it and it plays with the kid all day. A 130 bls of death and a big baby toy all in one.”

SURREY 很好。去得人很多。

Surrey 是全加拿大人口增長最快的城市。
不信自己去查一下加拿大統計局的數字。

我即將搬到Newton靠近Delta， 看起來環境什麼的都挺好的，比Surrey Center 好太多了.

這個難說，反正有點底的華裔和白裔都不願意去那裡，也許是偏見，但從LOCATION上來講，確實不占優勢。還是那句話，房價代表一些，因為買房子一定要考慮到RESALE PRICE。

Agree with you. Considered this location before. It is much more convenient than other locations of Surrey.
