The Full Gospel of Blood, Water, and the Holy Spirit
I. A Therapist's Testimony
For there are three that testify: the Spirit and the water and the blood; and these three agree. If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater, for this is the testimony of God that he has borne concerning his Son. (1 John 5:7-9, ESV)
Whoever believes in the Son of God has the testimony (blood, water, and the Holy Spirit) in himself. Whoever does not believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has borne concerning his Son. (1 John 5:10, ESV)
On Monday, October 13, 2025, my therapist (a Baptist Christian) told me:
"I recently had a dream. In the dream, I was at the Mingde MRT station and saw a large sign for the Shipai Church with the words 'The Full Gospel of Blood, Water, and the Holy Spirit' written below. The Holy Spirit asked me, 'Do you know what this means?' I answered, 'It must refer to the cross.'" "Yes!" the Holy Spirit said, "That's right, but that's too general; others won't understand. You can ask Pastor Zeng Xuezheng and remind him to pray for his spiritual father."
II. The Passover Lamb, a Prefiguration of Christ (Yeshua)'s Salvation: Blood, Water, and Holy Spirit
1. The Festival is a Shadow, the Body is Christ(Yeshua)
Therefore let no one pass judgment on you in questions of food and drink, or with regard to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath. These are a shadow of the things to come, but the substance belongs to Christ. (Colossians 2:16-17, ESV)
The Lord said to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, 2 “This month shall be for you the beginning of months. It shall be the first month of the year for you. 3 Tell all the congregation of Israel that on the tenth day of this month every man shall take a lamb according to their fathers' houses, a lamb for a household. (Exodus 12:1-3, ESV) God commanded the Israelites to designate the first month of each year (Abib, Nisan) when the barley ripened; if the barley did not ripen in that month, it would be done once a year in the twelfth month. The Jewish calendar is based on the moon, with only 354 days in a year, similar to the Chinese lunar calendar, which has one lunar cycle every three years and two every five years. The people were required to strictly adhere to God's ordained schedule for determining festivals, days, and years.
When Moses led the people out of Egypt, he designated that month as the first month of the year; on the tenth day of the first month, each person was to take a lamb from their father's household—one lamb without blemish—as the Passover lamb. This Passover lamb is merely a symbol; the true embodiment still refers to Christ (Yeshua), the slain lamb who sacrificed himself on the cross to save sinners, shedding his blood and giving his life to accomplish the Full Gospel of blood, water, and the Holy Spirit.
2. The Lamb Slaughtered at Dusk on the Fourteenth
and you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of this month, when the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill their lambs at twilight. (Exodus 12:6, ESV)
Moses instructed the Israelites, saying:
"At twilight on the fourteenth, slaughter the lamb, and each household shall take some of its blood and put it on the doorposts and lintels of the house on which it will eat it (the testimony of the blood). That night you shall eat the lamb's flesh (the testimony of the water), roast it on the fire (the testimony of the Holy Spirit), and eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs. And you shall let none of it remain until the morning; anything that remains until the morning you shall burn. In this manner you shall eat it: with your belt fastened, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. And you shall eat it in haste. It is the Lord's Passover. (Exodus 12:6-11)
Moses, according to the Lord's word, said: The blood shall be a sign for you, on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and no plague will befall you to destroy you, when I strike the land of Egypt.
(Exodus 12:13, ESV)
3. The Lord's Night: God's People in Egypt Deliver from Pharaoh's (the devil's) Domination
It was a night of watching by the Lord, to bring them out of the land of Egypt; so this same night is a night of watching kept to the Lord by all the people of Israel throughout their generations. (Exodus 12:42, ESV) At midnight, the Lord killed all the firstborn sons of Egypt—from Pharaoh, who sat on the throne, to the firstborn sons of those in captivity and in prison, and all the firstborn livestock. There was great wailing in Egypt; in every house, someone died.
Pharaoh urgently summoned Moses and Aaron, saying, "Arise! Go out from my people, you and the Israelites, and serve the Lord, as you have said!" The Israelites lived in Egypt for four hundred and thirty years. On the day that the 430th year had passed, Moses led the people out of Pharaoh's (the devil's) domination and out of Egypt, the land of slavery. The people became the army of the Lord and marched in great numbers toward the Promised Land.
