在Visitor Information Centre拿的资料上是这么介绍的
Snow Lake：Trail is 3 mi. ea. way, total elev. gain (1300'in/400'out). This is a busy hike w/ spectacular views of the valley & surrounding area. It traverses steadily up the valley for 1.5 mi. to a junction with the Source Lake Overlook Trail. The trail switchbacks uphill to a ridge at 2.3 mi.; then down to the inlet & lakeshore. You can continue on to Gem Lake at 5 mi. or down 1,000 to Lower Wildcat Lake at 7 mi.

Dirrections: Take exit 52 off I-90. Turn left under overpass, take 2nd right onto Alpental Road and continue 1.25 miles to large parking lot on the left. Walk around gate; trail begins on right-hand, uphill side.

可以到Trail附近的Visitor Centre购买Day Pass，I-90 52号出口下，在Alpental Road右转马上就能见到（去trail是左转）。

2）蚊子较多，带上Deep Woods。较长一段无树荫遮蔽，注意防晒。

很大的停车场，另一边有个长廊，看到缆车了吗 ，冬天来滑雪的人很多。

右边的小木箱中有登记卡，填写team有几人，leader姓名，是day hikes 还是backpacking(需要overnight permit）等信息。

沿途风光不错，在1.5mile处有标示牌，去Snow Lake走右转道爬高，到2.3mile可以看到湖，之后就是向下走到湖边，途中有些积雪尚未化尽。

根据标示牌Main Trail沿湖边走，有不少点适合拍照休息。
