3．Four passport-size photos taken within the past 6 months per person. ( including the date of birth
(day/month/year) and applicants’ name printed in pinyin on the back of each photo.)
四張在近6個月以內照的護照尺寸的照片（每張照片的背面用漢語拼音注明申請人的姓名和出生日期，依照“日/月/年”的順序）
