前段时间在DEALER那里用现金买了二手车，除了当时的500元押金是DEALER从信用卡扣的，其他都是现金交易。

同时，DEALER说可以免税，所以卖给我车的时候他们是用前一个车主写的赠送协议，而且因为疏忽，我也没有向他们要收钱后的收据，就开车走了。

可是后来车出了毛病，去查，发现很奇怪。这车竟然在一年之内曾跑过11万公里，从20000跑到了138，000公里，然后再之后就调到了14000公里开始。落我手上的时候显示105，000。等于这车都已经20多万公里了。

所有数据是通过查空气质量报告得到的，人家不保证数据的准确性，只是提供当时读的数据而已，有经验的师傅认为肯定就是调表了。

我该怎么办亚？找DEALAR行吗？估计他自己都被骗了。

真难过。哎。

是的，从dealer那买车要小心，旧车调表可以说非常普遍。追查aircare记录很有帮助。

DEARLER说钱不能退，但是可以换车。

请问9800加币能买什么样子的车？

换车要小心，他们通常给你换利润高的车子

明明是车行骗了你, 到头来还要忍气吞声,接着挨宰,好象自己做错了. 难道这里就没有地方管这些奸商?

N年前 ,偶刚来,到一车行买了一辆旧车,当时口头说好有半年的保养(现在知道根本没用). 提车时,伊朗哥们想赖帐, 说没这回事儿! 偶当时火气大, 立马拍了桌子.

个人体会, 商家大多欺软怕硬.

Well... first of all, you shouldn't do the cash deal in the first place. Normally when buying used cars, instead of saving the taxes, you should try to make it in some extra features like extended warranty, or a few oil change, or engine/transmission flush.

For your case, I strongly recommend you to exchange the car. Why? Because you will have a hard time selling the car later, not to mention you will worry about the condition of the car because its mileage was altered (if it is true).

I will even suggest you try to get a higher price car (as a bait) to negotiate for a better deal. This way the dealer will be more willing to negotiate because they can make more money, versus they know they already pocket the $9800 and they won't eager to talk. It is just my suggestion. Maybe financially you aren't allow to pay more. You make the call.

Make sure you get everything on paper this time. The dealer won't cheat on you because if they were accused of alter odometer, they can lose their license.

Oh... one more thing. You mentioned the odometer was adjusted to 14,000? and you said you got the number from Aircare? Well, it is also possible that AirCare made a typo and it suppose be 140,000? I know it still was altered, but maybe not as bad as you think?
