但俺还是想知道买家经济费怎么算的。

以下是一般的计算
Commission Calculator for Realtor Fees in Vancouver with Net Proceeds for Sellers!
Assumptions:7% fee charged to the first $100,000 of purchase price,
remaining balance charged fee of 2.5%, GST charged 5%.
Buyers agent receives 3.125% on the first $100,000 and 1.1625% on the balance.

最常见的是前十万3.255%之后部分1.1625%。

据说地产局不允许统一佣金标准，但行业标准就如上面那个经纪说的数据一样

别搞文字游戏了，其实跟国内，至少是国内一线城市一样，中介费实际都是买家承担的。

大概十年前，上海卖房就有了“到手价”的概念，就是卖家定一个心理价位，然后中介挂牌的时候把上下家要交的中介费和税费都加上去，然后才挂牌。
