去HomeDepot买一桶Moss Control，接上水管洒在草地上，一、两天内moss就被杀死了，变成黑色。然后用power rake把死moss清除掉。用手工rake也行，但比较累。

You can either hire a company to power rake it or rent a machine in Rona or Home Depot to do it yourself.

MOSS被清除后留下的空地需要重新种草吗？

补充一点儿 ；去买moss control（有粉状的和液体的）。先把草地剪一遍（剪的越短越好），然后将药施在草坪上，几天后可将moss杀死。一周后施一遍ｌａｗｎ用化肥（据说是让草迅速成长而抢占地盘）。注意：施moss control前要留意天气预报，一定要有两、三天不下雨才好。如果moss过多，可在两周后再杀一次。


干这活儿可是又脏又累，要悠着点呦 ！

什么是"power rake"? Rona or Home Depot 的网站都找不到.听说Moss Control对狗有毒,有人用LIME杀MOSS吗?

Yes, you should be able to find the power rake (a more formal name may be called power dethatcher) in the Rental Section in both Rona and Home Depot.

Generally speaking, you don't have to re-seed the lawn after you power rake it. But it's a good time for you to fertilize it with lawn food.

Moss Control should not be very harmful for dogs or human, but some people do not like it. Be careful while you apply it to your lawn if there are kids around.
