全免PTT的条件有三条,必须同时满足:
1。购房款在$425K以下
2。全球第一次购房
3。在BC省居住满一年以上
$425K--$450K之间,满足以上条件1和3的,用公式计算。
购房价43 万
〔(20万×1%+230000×2%)×(450000-430000)〕/ 25000=6600x0.8=$5280
应缴PTT为20万×1%+230000×2%)-5280 =6600-5280= $1320
