这么说吧，起码到目前为止，中国的稀土全产业链还是能控制住大局。而且是全世界都受影响。稀土不止影响稀土产品，还连带影响一大串其他产业。
任何国家要想完全独立自主生产自己需要稀土，要看时间，技术，专利，资金，和未来回报。。。
给他10年时间研发，等快投产了，中国再大量出口便宜的全系列，我看他们是继续研发？还是停工？买进口的？
