I’ve been watching the price of a skin I want for two weeks now, and it keeps going up and down without any clear reason. One day it’s affordable, then suddenly it jumps 20%. Is there any logic to this or is it just random hype?

Some of it’s hype, but timing also plays a big role. Prices spike after big tournaments or updates. Even YouTubers unboxing a certain skin can mess with the market. It’s annoying when you’re trying to plan a trade.
