If construction goes according to plan, some 9,000 multi-family units will be finished in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley during the third and fourth quarters of 2019, according to a recent report by Vancouver-based real estate marketing firm MLA Canada. 這9000套已經都名花有主，但開發商一拖再拖，有的應該11月份入住的卻要推到明年入住。買家沒有辦法，但想著住新房的美夢，只能耐心等等。9000套才能解決3000家人，太少了！翻10倍估計也解決不了房屋危機。

尤其在炒家手裡可能比例不小，不打擊炒房，能行嗎？

這個大力妹連基本常識都沒有。整天做白日夢。

樓花需要預售80%才能開工。

她自己還以為900套都拿到MLS上叫賣，一下把價格拉下來了。

讓她自己再high一會兒吧。

9000怎麼才能解決3000家人，這個從何而來，偶有同事原來跟父母過的，接個樓花就為了從父母家搬出來的，一套解決一家人沒什麼問題的。
