Automation One has the best service software in the industry. Our service software
automatically dispatches service technicians to perform preventative maintenance
on all products under a service agreement. We monitor preventative maintenance
times by your total monthly output. Proper preventative maintenance dramatically
reduces emergency service calls and the frustrations that are associated with “being
down.” If your organization has more than one service call for the same concern an
email is generated alerting our service manager.
If we find a system not meeting our performance guarantee of 95% uptime, that
system is replace with a “like for like” system. This is a very rare occurrence;
however it does sometimes happen and we recognize the importance of delivering a
quality product our customer have confidence in. All Automation One service
contracts will include all necessary preventative maintenance, service calls, parts,
labour and loaner or replacement equipment as needed.
*All Automation One technical staff are required to continually upgrade their training
through manufacturer provided training packages and courses. Our service technicians
obtain the highest level of product knowledge and training as new technologies and
equipment become available.
Billing Frequency
Automation One makes all policy decisions locally from our Vancouver office
allowing businesses the opportunity to customize their service billing to meet your
internal accounting preferences. Monthly, quarterly and semi-annual billing is simple
to implement or change should you have a shift in policies.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Automation One Business Systems provides a continuing customer satisfaction
guarantee on all systems and accessories for as long as our customer maintains in
