主菜的份量稍微嫌小，而且不便宜，属于偏贵的一类。当然如果你觉得龙虾油蘸酱很美味，而吃了很多面包的话，就不会觉得不饱了。

Joe Fortes 是温哥华历史上第一位救火员，餐厅以Joe Fortes命名颇有纪念意义。Joe Fortes号称是温哥华最好的Oyster Bar。餐厅面积很大，上下两层，上层还有阳台。卫生间在上层走道内。装修不错，但有点老旧。门口陈列着很多奖状，证实着这家餐厅的品质。生蚝吧是特色之一，不少人围着享受生蚝，服务生不紧不慢得撬开一个个生蚝，装盘。蘸面包的调料是特色之二，是龙虾油加红醋，酸酸香香的。
