Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Technical Support for busy IT company, products focus on Restaurant & Retail industries. If you have strong communication skills, want to learn more about the IT sector, You could be part of our TEAM.
• Provide over the phone or online troubleshooting
• On-site system setup and installation
Qualification
• Computer and Networking Knowledge, MCSE, Networking software,
Networking Security, Desktop applications, MS-Windows
• Computer hardware assembling
• Fluency in English, Chinese is an asset
Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.)
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), A+ Certification
Education
College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience
3 years or more / Ability to Supervise 3-4 people
Transportation/Travel Information
Own transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 to $23.00 /hour + Medical Benefit
