工作内容
· Ensure the accurate and timely processing of expense claims, vendor invoices, petty cash, AMEX and client disbursements.
· Manage and reconcile the petty cash float.
· Review and complete reconciliation of suspense and deposit accounts.
· Review and complete weekly cheque runs.
· Maintain organized filing of processed items: expense claims, vendor invoices, and AMEX.
· Respond to accounts payable inquiries from firm members and external parties.
· Reconcile vendor statements and follow up with internal service departments and vendors on outstanding invoices.
· Support ongoing improvements of processes and systems.
· Build strong relationships with firm members and foster solid working relationships ensuring collaboration, teamwork and effective information sharing.
· Other duties as requested.
