本拿比 Customer Service Reps Wanted /建筑公司招聘办公室文员客服
We are construction group based in Burnaby, BC and require Customer Service Reps with has a high standard of customer service skills.
Responsibilities
-Answer new and existing customers queries in a warm polite manner with a high level of professionalism
-Preparation of client materials, daily orders, and documentation
-Assisting accounting with sorting packing slips and invoices
-Assisting accounting with AR.
-Arranging couriers for delivery and pickups
-Order office supplies
-Performing other duties or assuming additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications
-Fluent in both English and Mandarin
-Superior listening, comprehension and speaking skills
-Great communications Skills required
-Must be able to multitask and prioritize with a sense of urgency
-Reliable, honest and trustworthy
-Experience preferred in the following areas (customer service, sales or marketing)
-Able to use Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Compensation
-Salary: $15-$18
-Optional Extended Health Insurance
