高贵林 Part-time Administrative Assistant Wanted
Robokids, a prominent robotics learning centre in Coquitlam (203-3025 Anson Ave) is looking for the right candidate to fill the part-time position of Administrative Assistant.
Reporting to the location Manager, this position plays a vital role in the daily operations of the centre. Focusing on exceptional customer service, you will be required to interact with students, parents, faculty, PAC head and public school principles to ensure efficient running of our facility and programs.
Responsibilities include:
1. Receptionist duties with an approachable, friendly demeanor
2. Basic office duties including filing, copying, emailing, etc.
3. Conducting surveys, interviews with new students through phone calls or in person
4. Promoting and answering inquiries about programs
5. Scheduling appointments and following-up with clients
6. Processing registration forms and payments
7. Supporting events and outreach
Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Post Secondary education or equivalent experience
- Proficient with social media platforms
This is a part-time job (afternoon and weekends).
Candidates must be fluent in English.
Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset
Criminal background check is required.
Compensation: $13-15/hour
