材料:
玉米、蘋果、紅蘿卜、豬肉(豬骨)
做法:
一、燒開水,放姜片和豬肉飛水,去除腥味和騷味,燒五至十分鍾,洗幹淨豬肉,盛起備用;
二、紅蘿卜滾刀切塊,玉米切成段,蘋果去芯切成塊,不用蘋果切架也可以,用手切一樣;
三、此湯煲廣州人叫人仔煲,就是為煲湯的,湯放在瓦煲裡煲再好。放大半煲冷水,倒入紅蘿卜、蘋果、玉米和豬肉(豬骨),可加兩三片姜,大火燒開,然後轉慢火,大概一至兩小時足夠。
煲出來的湯好清甜,不建議放圓肉或蜜棗,因為玉米和蘋果已有甜味,再加其他東西恐覺味亂。此湯利尿、潤肺、清熱,男女老幼皆宜。
