请教父母探亲多次签证

母亲前两年办了一次签证来过加拿大,父亲没有签过。

这次准备给父母都办多次签证,请问是否只用follow有过美加入境纪录的那个check list就可以,还是母亲用有过美加入境纪录的checklist,父亲用另外一个很长的checklist?
