买了个netgrear的东西,rebate回来一张visa prepaid credit card。花光了直接扔掉就行了吧?

白痴的costco营业员把我一张没有余额的American Expressd的 gift card收去了,说规定是这样,那卡上还有我的名字。有没有其他同学有相同的经历?其他地方都不收用完的卡的。
